Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mas Designs, we strive to provide high-quality creative and digital services that help your business grow. Because our services involve customized creative labor, strategy development, and third-party costs, we adhere to the following policy:

1.  General Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing, web development, and creative services, all payments made to Mas Designs are non-refundable. Once a project has started, the time, research, and resources allocated to your brand cannot be recovered.

2. Service-Specific Terms

Web Development & Design: Deposits are required to secure your project slot. Once research and wireframing (Phase 01 & 02) have begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before the final delivery, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Social Media Management & SEO

These are recurring monthly services designed for long-term growth. To ensure a smooth transition and management of your accounts:

Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a written cancellation notice at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

Billing: If notice is provided less than 15 days before the next cycle, the upcoming month will be billed as scheduled and services will continue until the end of that period.

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed, as strategy and content scheduling are handled in advance.

Paid Advertising (PPC/Meta Ads): Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and is 100% non-refundable. Our management fees are also non-refundable once the campaign strategy has been developed.

Media Services (Photography/Videography): Booking fees are non-refundable as they cover the reservation of equipment and staff.

3. Client Satisfaction & Revisions

We are committed to your success. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a set number of revisions (as outlined in your initial proposal) to ensure the final product meets your expectations and aligns with the agreed-upon strategy.

4. Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel a project or a recurring service:

Notice must be provided in writing via email to [info@masdesigns.pk].

For monthly retainers, we require [e.g., 15 or 30 days] notice prior to the next billing date.

5. Project Delays

If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to a lack of feedback or content from the client side, Mas Designs reserves the right to terminate the project. Any payments made will be forfeited as a “kill fee” to cover the reserved production time.
